A student is responsible to consult in advance with their advisors before planning/availing any leaves.  

The form "Reason for Leaving during Semester" is for ITTP office.   

It is used to clarify students' entry and departure records from ITTP,  

so that we can secure your safe stay in Korea.  

Furthermore, issuing an excuse letter for absence only applicable when there are official events or ceremonies in ITTP.  

Thefore, sending or getting the excuse for the class is students' duty and obligation when leaving personally.  

About absence of  Taekwondo class, medical certificate with docor's note is must be submitted together.
