2024 Industrial Visit 
On July 8, KAIST GDI embarked on an enriching industrial visit to K-water

K-water Academy:
Students attended a series of short lectures focused on K-water's ODA projects and water resources policies in Korea. The lectures, delivered by officials from various departments, provided comprehensive knowledge and facilitated vibrant discussions on numerous issues. Post-lectures, students toured the water treatment pilot plant to observe its operations.

 K-water Headquarters:
The next stop was the headquarters, where students visited the Integrated Water Resources Management Center. Here, they viewed the national current conditions on water resources management.

Daecheong Multipurpose Dam:
The final destination was the Daecheong multipurpose dam. Students learned about the dam's role in hydroelectric power production and enjoyed the stunning lake scenery.
