GDI(ITTP) financially supports your business trip to promote students' active global collaboration.

If you want to go on a business trip to Korea for your industrial collaboration, you are entitled to reimbursement of expenses for transportation.

* From 2022, there will be no daily and food expenses.

To get reimbursement of expenses for transportation, you need to submit as below documents.

You must submit documents individually for each business trip, even if you are going together.

1. Before your business trip

Please submit the BOCP business trip application in advance to the Academic-Industry Cooperation Team.

2. After your business trip

Please submit BOCP business trip(progress) report to the Academic-Industry Cooperation Team.

* Please attach the receipts of transportation (KTX, BUS, etc.)

** Please attach proof of the meetings, such as meeting photos or exchanged business cards.
