Special Chuseok Event at KAIST GDI 

 We had a special event for Chuseok(추석)! It was held on last September 22nd.

Chuseok(추석) is a traditional Korean holiday that expresses gratitude for successful farming throughout the year. On Chuseok, Korea's Thanksgiving Day, people traditionally make and eat food such as songpyeon(송편), using grains harvested during the year. Songpyeon was prepared for students to celebrate Chuseok, and many students were delighted to taste it. 

We also played traditional Korean games that were prepared. The Yutnori(윷놀이), which was held as a team competition, was a great way to build strong friendships among GDI students. In addition, there were many fun moments while playing Jegichagi(제기차기), so we all had a great time laughing together. We look forward to hosting these traditional games again next Chuseok.
